A short hike through the Atlantic forest to a white-sand inlet almost nobody knows. The best-kept secret on the Costa Verde.
Pedra Branca is a 45-minute hike through untouched Atlantic forest that ends at a small, clear-water beach rimmed by white rock. You'll likely have it almost to yourself.
It's one of our favorite full-day trips because it delivers everything in one shape: a light forest hike with butterflies and bromeliads, a swim in genuinely clear water, and a picnic under a shade tree. No schooner, no tour group — just you and whoever you came with.
The trailhead is a 40-minute drive from the chalet. Pack water, snacks, reef-safe sunscreen, and wear shoes that can get wet — the last part of the trail crosses a creek.
Bianca can arrange a guide if you'd prefer one (the trail is not always marked).
Tell Bianca your preferred day and number of guests — she'll book it through her partners and hold the spot.
